Ways to CONTACT Me

If you found yourself wandering through my pages, you may already have sensed that

the common thread running through everything I do

is a gentle but relentless exploration of what it means to navigate life with reverence and to be in relationship with all.

You may also have sensed a soft, poetic approach.

To me, the poetic is a way of living, sensing, perceiving & receiving.

It is not reserved for writing.

Being poetic is a way of meeting ourselves, others and the world with greater presence and the acceptance that everything belongs.

To say that everything belongs is not to say that everything is easy, pleasant or beautiful.

Some experiences are deeply painful.

Yet, each carries the possibility of wisdom, maturity

and a clearer invitation to choose how we meet life.

Being poetic is neither naïve nor idealistic.

In my experience, it is a way of cultivating a soulful and wholehearted relationship with life.

I have, thus, become less interested in perfecting myself and more in learning how

to welcome every aspect of being human.

I do not claim to have arrived.

I simply continue walking this path with curiosity, tenderness and wonder.

In my writing, movement and creativity, I open doorways toward the same place:

A fuller experience of being alive.

Equally, I hope to offer spaces where you might hear yourself more clearly.

So, if you feel the call to allow part of yourself to emerge, trust that

together we can create space for what has always been quietly waiting within.

My JOURNEY'S MEANDERS -

Like many of us, I have been many things in many ways -student, mother, painter, teacher, dancer, reader, curious, excited, hurt, anxious, afraid, happy, spontaneous and so much more.

Over the years, my personal and professional pursuits have evolved through

writing, movement and creative practice.

Writing has allowed me to find my voice and know how to express it.

It also taught me to trust my intuition, imagination and the incredible co-creative process.

Through my poetry, reflective writing, tale-like stories and the crafting of my journal companions, I have discovered and established an approach that is nurturing, liberating and deeply accepting.

Movement has taught me to trust the Wisdom of my Body and be Attentive to my Sensations and my Intuition.

My teaching is informed by an advanced yoga qualification, over 800 hours of embodied and somatic training, years of personal practice, and countless hours of teaching.

Above all, it has nurtured a compassionate relationship with the different dimensions of myself –

A relationship I continue to cultivate in my own life, as much as in the spaces I hold for others.

To this day, these experiences continue to shape the spaces I offer

—spaces that I hope feel grounded, attentive and deeply human.
