WHAT are the BENEFITS of a ONE to ONE session with me?

There are so many of them.

Like any other 1-to-1 Session, it is about YOU and you only.

It does not matter whether you are a beginner or proficient in your movement practice.

It is about listening to your needs and cater them:

WHAT SORT OF MOVEMENT do we do in the SESSION?

My Approach is Gentle, Slow but Deep.

and I Offer Modifications to Cater for the different ranges of Mobility and Strength.

My Practicess are mostly informed by yoga, somatics and strength training but not exclusively.

I work on:

🩷Body Strength for Bone Density & Autonomy/ Independence of the Person.

🩵Body Mobility for the Health of your Joints, Autonomy and Confidence.

🩷Body/ Mind Connection for Neuroplasticity.

🩵Much more to Support our Immune System and Promote Playfulness, Happiness and Joyfulness.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

Have an Updated version of Zoom on your Computer.

A Mat, Loose Clothing, a Blanket, Pen/Markers + a Journal and a Candle.

Also, I invite you to have a yoga Block, yoga Belt and a set of free weights.

If you have NONE of the above:

REPLACE with:

1. the belt with a long scarf.

2. the yoga block with a large & sturdy book like a dictionary but NOT heavy.

3. the set of weights with 2 bottles of 500ml.
